Plans Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Wandering Vanderpools Pricing Plans available at wanderingvanderpools.com. By subscribing to any plan, you agree to the following:

1. Plan Access

  • Plan benefits are available only to the subscriber and are not transferable.

  • Access to digital resources (such as PDF guides, checklists, and itineraries) is provided through your member account.

2. Payments

  • Payments are due at checkout and processed securely via Wix Payments or other listed payment providers.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

  • If your plan includes recurring billing, payment will be automatically charged to your selected method on the renewal date.

3. Cancellations & Renewals

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member account.

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

  • Plans set to auto-renew will continue unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. Refunds

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, all plan fees and downloads are non-refundable once access is granted.

  • Refunds will only be considered in the case of duplicate charges or technical errors.

5. Use of Digital Content

  • Downloads and resources are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared without written permission.

  • Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of our content without authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Modifications to Plans

  • We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue plan features, pricing, or availability at any time.

  • Subscribers will be notified of significant changes via email.

7. Disclaimers

  • All content, guides, and recommendations are provided for general informational purposes only.

  • While we aim to provide accurate and timely information, we make no guarantees regarding specific travel outcomes, availability, or third-party services.

  • Travel decisions are ultimately the responsibility of the subscriber.
