Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Wandering Vanderpools. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Physical Products

  • Returns: You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (eBooks, downloads, printables, templates, etc.), all digital sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

No Refunds on Services​

All services provided through Wandering Vanderpools and Fora Travel Advisor, including but not limited to travel planning, consultation sessions, blog features, collaborations, and promotional packages, are non-refundable once delivered.

By purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Services are based on time, expertise, and personalized effort, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Payments made for completed or ongoing services are final.

  • If you need to reschedule or adjust a booked service, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate changes when reasonable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wanderingvanderpools@gmail.com. We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
